Starting January 2026, Art Buds is transitioning into a shared creative space designed to support working artists, makers, and instructors in a sustainable, collaborative environment.
Our new Studio Share and Co-Working Packages offer flexible options for studio workspaces, retail display zones, workshop hosting, and centralized sales support.
All packages include:

PACKAGE A:
Micro Studio + Retail Zone
Perfect for: Artists wanting steady studio time and a small retail footprint.
Includes:
• Dedicated studio workspace (approx. 5' x4’/20 sqft)
• Dedicated retail zone (shelf, small rack, or 2’ gridwall section)
• Access to shared workshop space (pay-per-use discount $20/hr)
• Central POS with 10% commission
• Internet + electricity
Monthly Fee: $200 +HST
PACKAGE B:
Studio + Retail Zone + Workshop Access
Best for: Working artists who want to create, sell, and teach.
Includes:
• Dedicated medium studio space (approx. 5’x6’/30 sqft)
• Dedicated retail zone
(2’ shelf, small freestanding display, or 2’ gridwall section)
• 4 free workshop hours per month (host your own classes )
• Discounted rates on additional workshop time (@ $20/hr)
• Central POS with 10% commission
• Internet + electricity
• *Optional extra 2’x6’ grid wall retail space for +$50
Monthly Fee: $270 +HST
PACKAGE C:
Premium Studio + Retail Zone + Workshop Access
Best for: Working artists who want to create, sell, and teach.
Includes:
• Dedicated premium medium studio space with extra wall space
(approx. 5’x6’/30 sqft)
• Dedicated retail zone
(2’ shelf, small freestanding display, or 2’ wall section)
• 4 free workshop hours per month (host your own classes)
• Discounted rates on additional workshop time (@ $20/hr)
• Central POS with 10% commission
• Internet + electricity
• *Optional extra 2’x6’ grid wall retail space for +$50
Monthly Fee: $300 +HST
PACKAGE D:
Large Studio + Premium Retail + Unlimited Workshop Hosting
Ideal for: Full-time artists and makers wanting a flagship presence.
Includes:
• Dedicated large studio space (5’x8’ semi-private) with extra wall space
• Dedicated premium retail display area (6’ wall with 2x 2’ grid wall
panels or 6’ multi-surface zone including 2 wall mounted shelves)
• Unlimited workshop hosting (within booking calendar)
• Priority scheduling for events/classes
• Central POS with 10% commission
• Internet + electricity
• *Optional extra 2’x6’ grid wall retail space for +$50
Monthly Fee: $400 +HST
PACKAGE E:
Retail-Only Partner
Best for: Artisans needing sales presence but not studio space.
Includes:
• Dedicated small retail display zone
(2’x6’ grid wall panel or 2’ wide shelf space)
• Central POS with 10% commission
• Optional workshop hosting (pay-per-use @ $30/hr)
Monthly Fee: $50-80 +HST (size dependant)
PACKAGE F:
Co-Working Membership
Best for: Artists, makers, and creatives who want flexible, low-commitment access to a creative workspace without a dedicated studio.
Includes:
• Unlimited access to shared studio tables (pop-up style workspace)
• Use the space for an hour or the entire day
– access during regular open hours
• Flexible, non-assigned seating in the main studio area
• Ideal for drawing, painting, small-scale making, and creative work
• Must pack up and tidy workspace at the end of each visit
• Internet + electricity
Monthly Fee: $100 +HST
Add ons:
• Additional workshop hosting space rental: $30 per hour
• Additional grid wall 2’x6’ wall panel for retail display +$50
• Premium signage/branding: custom pricing
